John Crow, is a second generation flooring contractor. His parents owned and operated their own flooring business in the Sierra Foothills. Although John is trained in hardwood, carpet, vinyl and laminate installations, he found his passion in hardwood flooring, especially sanding and finishing. To him, working with and finishing hardwood flooring is a craft that he has been perfecting for the last 35 years. He enjoys the variety and challenge of each new project.
Cathy Crow, John’s wife, is the voice you hear when you call, schedule and plan the details & logistics of your project. She joined the business in 2006. At that time, it was clear the business was growing and John could use an extra hand in keeping the office operations in order. It also provided a work-from-home situation for Cathy as they welcomed their daughter, Ashlan, in 2008. Just this year, Ashlan has also joined Crow’s Quality Flooring helping out with website and file management as she finishes her last year of high school.
